This offering is a Glencadam aged 10 years in a combination of 25% Bourbon and 75% Oloroso Sherry casks. That Sherry influence comes through on the nose, along with a sweet palate of fresh & dried fruits, and some baking spices. A faint whiff of smoke can be detected even though this is unpeated (probably from the Bourbon cask).
