Towers Type_Stout - Imperial / Double Pastry Initially fermented through the processTowers pours a hazy golden yellow with a light cap of fluffy foam. The nose hits with sticky tropical fruit and fresh strawberries. Strata, a hop variety we have rarely used in the past is quickly becoming one of our favourites. We get delicious flavours of cotton candy, fresh berries, pithy oranges, and mild pine. The sip is zippy and refreshing, with a clean bitterness that keeps everything balanced and easy to drink.
