With aeration, the wine opens up tremendously in the glass: opulent and incredibly profound botrytis aromas, with notes of raisins, dried apricots, ripe mango, and baby pineapple all underpinned by dark minerality. On the palate, it is enormously concentrated and complex, with a dense, oily texture, ripe acidity, and again,
