The wine then ages for a further 4 months in the bottle. Light yellow in color with a slight green hue. On the nose, a rich, fresh and tropical bouquet with a citrus note but also some floral nuances. On the palate, clean and fresh with apple, pear and lemon. An elegant finish. Ideal for starters, seafood and fish dishes
