Ungraded & graded values for all Magic M12 Magic Cards

I have a couple of questions about the stars, Ive seen them on certain LOB unlimited cards and knew that they indicated a reprint but would you happen to confirm that the stars 100% indicate it was a reprint after 2002

The whole gimmick revolves around having one Pokemon be a completely different type

This trigger is nice, but you basically need to get it going the turn you play it, otherwise this card is incredibly underwhelming because of it's stat-line, and I don't see that happening often enough for it to be great
