and perhaps the two larger (upper left first photo) WWI era

I'd think--on an old school slate would make a great gift for an emerging seamstress

it is the combination of what is present and what is absent that especially appeals to my sensibility

I'll never get over the delight and resonance of seeing such words repeated over and over again in perfect cursive. 8 3 8" x 6 7
