The Riddler, G.W Cottrell, Boston, 1845 - Amazing Wallpaper Covered Book of Word Puzzles tall teak vase including a bit of paintA scarce survivor, this is an 1845 copy of "The Riddler" published by G. W. Cottrell, Boston. The binding here is in rough shape, but between the wallpaper cover wrap and the contents of the book, including very excellent engraved illustrations all the way through, there was no way I could pass it up. It struck me as a great one for enjoying together with a kid, or two, or more, holding a vast number of riddles of the sort that are perfectly posed
