Hardy Perfect 3 1/2" wide drum fly reel 8' "Made for Abercrombie and FitchFor sale here is a 3 1 2" Hardy Perfect wide drum fly reel from the pre WWII era (made by Jimmy Smith), complete with rotating nickel silver line guard. The reel is in excellent original condition with the exception of the reel foot being neatly trimmed on both ends (but now at 2 1 2" in length, it will fit on modern rods!) No chips, cracks, or line grooves. Excellent spool spindle fit. The spool screw is a nicely made replacement. The reel weighs 11.
