Original Moffat Wood Fired Gin 42% 22 Year Old This 8 year oldScotlands first wood fired gin. Made in small batches in our 60 litre wood fired copper pot still with 14 botanicals. Our hands on distilling approach results in a lively, well balanced gin that begs to be tasted neat. An aromatic gin with citrus and floral notes on the nose. Layers of flavour linger on the palate: lemon, peppercorn, juniper and warming spices. A long finish, only to be discovered when enjoyed neat.
