Carter & Co. England. Diameter is 3 1 2". The brass reel foot is a nice replacement. Most of the leaded finish remains, which is very rare for these reels. Coin edge tensioner works perfectly. Dual pawls. Negligible spool wobble end play. Agate is uncracked.
